Host/Hostess - ALL LOCATIONS

We are looking for Host/Hostess candidates at Francesca’s Restaurant Group. Our dynamic, fast-paced work environment is ideal for high-energy, service minded operators. With 30 restaurants across 6 concepts, the opportunity for professional growth is available for those who are ready to jump in!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the initial warm greeting and seating of guests
• Answer telephones, taking reservations and messages, maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times
• Saying goodbye to all guests
• Assists with Coat Check duties as needed
• Assist with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables, check and maintain restrooms
• Sell and accurately account for gift card
• Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

• Be proficient in the use and operation of all necessary tools and equipment, including the reservation, telephone, paging and voicemail systems, and phone etiquette and message guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift
